1.登陆Amazon.com, 点击 "Help". 右侧有一个黄色按钮 "Contact Us" 点击一下。

3.在弹出的"Which order are you contacting us about?" 点击"Digital Order"，选择你要取消的订单，然后点"Done"确定。
4.在"2 Tell us more about your issue"选择你要取消订单额原因。
5.在"3 How would you like to contact us? " 选择"Send us an e-mall"，就会进入"E-mail Amazon.com Customer Service"页面，在"Enter additional information:"里填写你的问题，最后点击"Send E-mail"发送。
6.一般不超过24小时就会收到亚马逊的退款通知。
