Regarding the non-degree seeking form for the Graduate College, see link and click on non-degree seeking student form http://www.gradcollege.txstate.edu/Prospect_Students/Pgms... we need the specific courses with department and number that you want to take listed on the form. If the classes are graduate level classes, the graduate advisor for that department or school will be required to sign the form you submit, or submit email signatures to us to approve you taking the classes. You would need to seek their approval for class attendance and have that emailed to us directly from them.

If the classes you want to take are undergraduate classes, we still require that the department and course number be listed on the form, although no additional signatures beyond your own are required.

In regard to the Non-Degree Seeking Approval Form for F1 International Students, see link and click on the non-degree seeking international form http://www.gradcollege.txstate.edu/Prospect_Students/Pgms..., the graduate advisor in the social Work program needs to complete question #1-3. Again, on question #2, the course name and number must be listed (i.e., English 1301). Question 3 references the anticipation of the advisor as to how many semesters of study are required as a non-degree seeking student.
