whichever=any one who 相当于无论是哪个 而which是有选折的特指 eg：which do you like best among those books？
which 哪个： Which do you like? 你喜欢哪一个？ The red one. 红色的。
whichever 无论哪个： Whichever way you look at it, things are pretty bad. 无论怎么看，情况都很糟糕。
whichever means that it does not matter which thing or person is chosen because the result will be the same
